Privacy Policy for A2P Messaging

This Privacy Policy describes how Tonext AI Solutions LLC ("Tonext AI", "we", "us", or "our"), a company headquartered in Virginia, United States, collects and processes personal information in connection with our application-to-person (A2P) messaging services. This policy is specific to our A2P messaging program and supplements any other privacy notices we provide.

Scope

This policy covers messages sent by the sender name Urooj Baloch and applies to mixed message types (promotional and transactional) delivered via Twilio. It governs only the collection and use of data for messaging and related support; it does not cover other product features unless explicitly stated.

Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the messaging service. This may include:

• Mobile phone numbers required to deliver messages;
• Message preferences you provide (opt-in status, frequency preferences); and
• Delivery and engagement metadata (timestamps, delivery status).

We obtain explicit consent before sending A2P messages. Consent is captured via a clear checkbox or equivalent affirmative action during sign-up or when you provide your phone number. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive mixed-type messages from Tonext AI sent by the sender name Urooj Baloch.

Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You can opt out at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out. We will process STOP opt-outs promptly and cease messages to that number.
• Use the unsubscribe link included in our messages where provided.

After you opt out, you may still receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

Third-Party Messaging Provider

We use Twilio as our messaging provider to send and receive A2P messages. Twilio processes message delivery and related metadata on our behalf. We do not share your data with any other messaging providers.

International Data Transfers

All messaging operations for this program are processed in the United States via Twilio. We do not perform international transfers of personal data for A2P messaging under this program.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain messaging-related personal data only as long as necessary to provide the messaging service and meet legal or operational requirements. If you request deletion of your data, we will delete your messaging data within 30 days of receiving a valid deletion request, except where retention is required by law. Deletion will remove phone numbers and associated delivery metadata from our active systems.

Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect messaging data. Access to messaging-related personal data is limited to personnel and service providers with a need to know.

No Sensitive Data Processing

We do not request or process sensitive personal data through our messaging program. Please do not include sensitive personal information in message replies.

Compliance and Liability

We follow A2P best practices and applicable laws. For this messaging program, no additional compliance steps beyond those described are required.
